Smart Machines at Duke Energy (Robotics & Drones)

ABOUT THE MEETING:
Duke Energy’s Director of Advanced Technology will prove a high-level overview of Smart Machines actively in use at Duke Energy, with option to deep dive into any technical aspect. A tour will be available if time permits.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Steve Hinkel is currently the Director of Advanced Technology at Duke Energy to track, evaluate and prototype technology to monetize, mitigate risk or promote safety. Steve also teaches Robotics part-time at NKU. Steve’s educational background includes three degrees: Business Processing and Informatics from NKU and an MBA from Thomas More College.
