Sixty years ago this month, the PROCEEDINGS OF THE INSTITUTE OF RADIO ENGINEERS (IRE) included a paper by George H. Brown concerning earth currents in the proximity of radio transmitting antennas. At the time Brown was a young research engineer with the Radio Corporation of American (RCA), where he worked for nearly 40 years and became a well known authority on antennas and television systems. Engineers & Scientists of Greater Cincinnati Awards Banquet

Plans are currently underway for the 72nd Annual Engineers & Scientists of Greater Cincinnati Awards Banquet. It is an opportunity for those in the engineering and science profession to honor outstanding peers for their accomplishments. Historically, the program has been held during Engineers Week but this year the banquet will be held on April 30th. Hold this date on your calendar. Details will be forthcoming in a few weeks.

Family Day Robot Workshop
